Quantity Policy
Due to the nature of pressed flower, quantities are limited at times. Please e-mail PhlowerCards to check on availability prior to ordering more than ten of any one item.
Payment Policy
All credit card payments are handled through PayPal. Please see the Security Policy below for more information regarding PayPal. You are welcome to send a check or money order if you prefer, instead of ordering via the Internet. Please e-mail us and PhlowerCards will gladly provide you with our mailing address.
Shipping
Shipping is via U.S. Priority Mail. However, for your convenience, PhlowerCards provides different speeds for shipping. You may select your speed / method of shipping during checkout. PhlowerCards will strive to charge as close to actual shipping rates as possible, with no extra handling fees of any kind. PhlowerCards is happy to ship to foreign countries as able. Shipping surcharges will apply for foreign orders.
Orders will be sent out within two working days, and will be packed with the utmost care.
Return Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Please be assured that PhlowerCards does not sell or disclose your personal information to any outside party. Occasionally special e-mail notices regarding sales, new items, etc, are sent to past customers. If you do not wish to receive these notices, just e-mail us your request, and you will not receive another e-mail.
Security Policy
PayPal is the authorized payment processor for PhlowerCards. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of their business and their top priority.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When entering information on a PayPal page, you will know that you are on a secure website by the lock icon on the frame of your browser in the bottom left or bottom right corner.
The information you provide when ordering on the PayPal page resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. PhlowerCards does not see your credit card information, only the listing of the items ordered and the shipping address.
